Paper Heart Cutouts, Ribbons, Flowers, and Candy
Decorate cupcakes with candy for a treat you won’t have to bake. Glue scrap-art pictures or paper hearts (we used scalloping scissors to trim some) to cupcake liners. Use a craft punch or paper flowers to make cute borders.

Cupcake Goodies How-To
1. Bake cupcakes from one of our Valentine’s Day cupcake recipes
2. Cut out hearts or other shapes from construction paper; add cut-out images, ribbons, or paper or fabric flowers, and write or stamp a note. Glue onto side of cupcake liner. Continue gluing in sections, leaving the last section open. Sparsely decorate cupcake with candy.
