  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 20 double stuffed oreos crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Oreo Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 20 double stuffed oreos crushed


  • Preheat oven to 375º. Grease muffin tins well.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave in a large, microwave safe bowl. Add the sugar and microwave until the sugar is dissolved, but not bubbling.
  • Whisk in the cocoa powder, vanilla, and eggs.
  • Mix together the salt, baking powder and flour. Add the the rest and stir well.
  • Fold in the chips and Oreos.
  • Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for about 17 minutes. Run a knife around each one when you get them out. Let them cool before you remove them.

Cream Cheese Oreo Frosting:

  • Beat together the cream cheese and butter. Add the powdered sugar half of a cup at a time until desired consistency is reached. Fold in Oreos.
