Cupcake Pizza Bites

Yes, you can make miniature pizzas in a cupcake tin!  How awesome are these little pizza bites?  All My Great Ideas had a terrific idea because they are easy to make using refrigerated pizza dough for the crust.  Bet the kids would love these as an after school snack.  Or I bet your guests would love them as an appetizer.  So very many yummy possibilities!

Cupcake Pizza Bites

What You Need:

Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Pepperoni
Cupcake Tin (I used a muffin tin so the pizzas were bigger)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (as the package directed) and grease the cupcake pan.
I separated the dough into 4 equal parts; there wasn’t enough to do more but maybe you could get 6 in cupcake pan. Push the dough into the molds; try to make the dough cover the sides.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.  If you use a larger muffin tin, you might have to bake a few minutes longer to cook all all the way through.
