About Pam

I was first inspired to bake by my mom. My fondest memories are of her baking for her family - pies, cakes, cookies, an occasional cheesecake. Not only did she bake the goodies for her family, she was sure to always show up to a social event with baked goods. Always, always, always from scratch. Always.

I seem to have caught the baking bug from mom. Now I bake for friends, family, co-workers and even the staff at the doggy daycare. I have a special affection for cupcakes, likely because they seem to make us feel like kids again when we eat one. And one thing is for sure - I am all about feeling like a kid again!

It is an amazing feeling to see the joy on people's faces when given a home baked treat. It is truly a gift from the heart.
